Payment:

A deposit of $50 is required to secure your photoshoot booking. Please have this deposit ready at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the shoot.

Cancelation Policy:

At least 48 hours before the scheduled session: You may cancel or reschedule your photoshoot with no penalty. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded or can be applied to a rescheduled date.

Less than 48 hours of the scheduled session: Your $50 deposit will act as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is subject to availability. We request that rescheduling be done at least 24 hours prior to the original session time to avoid any additional fees.

Late Policy:

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled photoshoot. Please be advised that if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will need to cancel the session. Additionally, extended session times will not be available for clients who arrive late.

Inclimate weather:

If weather conditions are deemed severe and the session cannot proceed as planned, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.If rescheduling is not possible or if the client decides to cancel after an initial severe weather-related rescheduling, a partial refund or credit toward a future session may be provided, depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.
